It's just a simple 3-ridged squeegee product, but it works wonders.Very effective at getting pet hair, surface dust, and little particles off of rugs.We use this on our silk rug and other rugs on a regular basis to get rid of dog hair and dust from the surface.Just get on your hands and knees, use short squeegee motions, and the dirt just rolls up.When you're done, pick it up by hand and discard (I use a dustbuster to suck up the pile of dust).Everything is clean and soft afterwards.Doesn't harm surfaces and very easy to clean--rinse under water for a few seconds and let it dry.

This is the tool for those surfaces that seem to suck in pet hair and refuse to let it go.It's not a quick removal tool (think more along the lines of scrubbing a floor than vacuuming), but for things like wool dhurrie rugs, it saves the expense of frequent professional cleanings or and is quicker than trying to pull the hair up with those sticky tape fur removal things.It really does pull up tons of fur, even from deep in a rug.
