You're cooking with your 11-year-old, who's pretty skilled at math, but conversions are beyond what's been taught, at least in practical application. The Amco measuring equivalent chart allows you to keep those elusive math solutions at eye-level.It creates a great opportunity to "cook and learn"...get the job done, and while you're both chewing on those wonderful cookies that great kid just created, you can teach the math that relates to what just happened. If you want your child, as I do, to know why math and science will always be important in their lives, this little magnetic tool on the refrigerator will give you the chance prove your point!Go for it.

The perfect solution for keeping my music on the stand when playing with my outdoor town band. My friends coveted them, so I bought a bunch more and everyone loves them!
I don't like the fact that these magnetic measuring spoons are not dishwasher safe. They are sturdy but I am still worried that too much soaking in the sink while I wash dishes will separate the magnet from the spoon. All in all, I like having a teaspoon and tablespoon out and easy to reach at all times. The magnet is very strong so they work well as fridge magnets.
I purchased this because, sometimes I would be in such a rush I had to stop and think what the conversions were. I also bought one for my son who is learning how to cook. It just expedites the process of cookingwhen you have a lot of distractions.
